WHAT GUARANTEES DO YOU OFFER?

Generally speaking, new work on an ideal background, i.e. new block or plasterboard can usually be safely guaranteed for 10 years. Working with older substrates can become a bit more complicated. Multiple factors can cause a product to appear to fail, be they structural or environmental and it must be stressed that if coating onto an older background, the new finish can only ever be as solid as said background. Every effort is made to anticipate and mitigate any potential problems but the integrity of an existing background cannot be guaranteed.

That said if things do go wrong down the line then, in most circumstances, a fair compromise and solution will be sought.

If there is a clear and obvious product or installation defect, this will be rectified as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.
